Group Study Rooms
Group study rooms are available for those who wish to work in groups. The following information applies to all UNB Libraries. For location-specific policies and additional information, select from among the library links below.
- Rooms are generally booked for periods of up to two hours and assigned based on the size of the group.
- Bookings can be extended beyond two hours only if there are no other groups waiting for a room at the end of the booked period. Groups are required to check with library staff at the end of the booked period to see if the room is still available.
- A booking will be forfeited if the room is not claimed within ten minutes of the beginning of the reserved time.
- The person who books the room is responsible for ensuring that the room is tidy and that furniture is left as originally set up.
