Bibliographic Software: Reference Manager Filters.
While you can manually enter your references into a Reference Manager database, you may be able to import references you have saved from a database search using import filters to automatically format and organize the information for entry. Reference Manager comes with more than two hundred import filters to accomodate references from various indexing and abstracting databases, catalogues, and e-journal providers, and more are available for download from the Reference Manager website. The following charts list some of UNB Libraries' electronic resources (Databases / Catalogues and Electronic Journals) and corresponding import filters where available.
Please note: You should always check citations which have been entered using an import filter; errors do occur and imported citations may require some minor editing. For more detailed information on importing citations from some of UNB Libraries' electronic resources, please consult one of our Reference Manager guides.
